Hello

My website is in php and i have header.php content.php and footer.php

Everytime i try to open any of the pages the header.php loads right away and then after maybe 5-10 seconds the rest of the site loads. Is it bad coding? something i should look for?

I'm not a PHP guy, so I can't help you too much. Our PHP guys would be more equipped to help you if you could provide a sample of some of your code.

Are you testing the site on your computer locally? If yes, then that may be the cause of slow loading, because the "server" is your own computer, and you are running other programs as well...that slows the php parsing down.

But if you are testing on a web server, then it is a problem. Post your code; that may help point out any problems with that if any.
