Welcome to weborum smile.gif

I haven't used ACT in a looooooong time. I did some searching, and while I don't have a definite answer, maybe I can help you along. I'd create a basic Excel sheet with the fields you know you'll want in ACT. Once it's created, you should be able to go to into ACT and go to File > Data Exchange > Import and an import dialog will come up. That dialog will ask which columns from your Excel doc should go where in the ACT db.

Thank you soooo much I tried it and it worked! Have a great weekend!

Oh... by any chance, would you know how to create a excel doc that I can transfer picture without having to transfer each one by one of 521 pics?

Thanks!

Glad you got it working smile.gif

Sorry, but I don't have any ideas as far as getting the pictures in. You might want to try digging into the import options, there might be something there. I don't have a copy of ACT handy at the moment, though.
