This site shows how you can easily have multiple versions of IE running on your Windows OS. I've loaded back to IE 4 (they have IE3 as well) and they all run pretty well. There are a few minor issues with each version, but nothing too bad. It's pretty useful way to test on old versions of IE since MS says it's too integrated to separate it
