Designing a website for a client

I'm designing a website for a client for money for the first time, and I don't know how much to charge.

She has a business that sells expensive purses from companies overseas, and she wants to be able to show what she has online. People aren't going to be able to buy the purses individually, it is mainly for her resellers to buy from.

She wants a whole content management system. She wants to be able to change, add and delete all of the content. So that means there will be an extensive admin section.

I'll also have to come up with some image uploader thumbnail script.

Any suggestions on how much to charge?

I've noticed recently that whatcounter has been reallllly slow. It's not even loading on some of my sites. is there a problem?
